First-Time Buyers: We want you to feel confident trying us out. If the fit, feel, or quality of your first item isn’t what you expected, contact us within 14 days at orders@unpluggedhikingclub.com. We’ll send a replacement in a different size or issue a full refund—your choice. (Applies to one item per first order, one use per household.)

All Orders: Since every item is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll reprint it free or give you a full refund—no questions asked. Just email us within 14 days with a photo of the issue.

Items must be unused and in original condition for any exchanges or refund.

Orders are printed fresh and quality-checked within 3-5 business days, then shipped via USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days. Total time from order to doorstep: about 7-10 business days.

You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We use premium blanks from trusted brands, not cheap knockoffs. Here’s what you’re getting:

Lightweight Collection: 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (Bella+Canvas 3001). Incredibly soft, breathable, and lightweight at 4.2 oz.

Lightweight Collection: No. These shirts have consistent sizing across all colors—a Medium in one color is the same as a Medium in another.

Lightweight Collection: Minimal fading with proper care. Wash cold and dry on low heat to keep colors vibrant for years.

Our prints are built to last. We use professional DTG (direct-to-garment) printing technology where the ink bonds directly into the cotton fibers—not sitting on top like cheap heat transfers. This means no cracking, no peeling, and a soft hand-feel where you can barely tell there’s a print.

With proper care (washing inside-out, cold water, low heat), your print will stay vibrant for hundreds of washes. We quality-check every single order before it ships to make sure your design looks sharp.

Lightweight Collection: Modern, tailored fit with a slimmer silhouette. Those who prefer a closer fit often stick with their usual size. Those who want a looser, more oversized look size up.

Absolutely. We’ll email you tracking details the moment USPS picks up your package. You’ll know exactly where your gear is and when it’s hitting your doorstep.

We currently ship to the US and Canada. International hikers: we hear you and we’re working on it. Drop us a line and let us know where you are – it helps us prioritize where to expand next.

Modern, tailored fit with a slimmer, more athletic silhouette than standard tees. Side-seamed construction creates a flattering shape without being tight or restrictive. Runs true to size with consistent measurements across all colors (no dye-process surprises). If you prefer a roomier, more relaxed fit, size up one. If you like a clean, contemporary look, your usual size is perfect. Note: This is a lightweight tee, so if you’re used to heavier, boxier shirts, this will feel sleeker and more fitted. Unisex sizing that flatters all body types.
